THE WOOD OVEN MENU

Social food that’s fab with friends and easy to munch with your mates, goes really well with a glass of something.
Served from 5pm – 10pm in the bar and cube downstairs overlooking the ocean.

Pizzas Served with our house Napoli tomato sauce & mozzarella All £12

 

Margherita – Tomato, mozzarella, bocaccini mozzarella, parmesan & fresh basil.
Urban Guild – Slow roasted shoulder of pork & pineapple.
Summer – Cajun breast of chicken, mushrooms & roasted peppers.
Dorset – Local charcuterie meats, olives & house chutney.
Sea Air – Spiced paprika sausage, jalapeños, anchovies & samphire.
Coast – Lymington crab, crayfish tails, smoked salmon, onions & capers.
Florentine – Scottish wild farmed smoked salmon, capers & spinach.
Posh Cheese – local cheeses (blue, soft, mature cheddar & goat’s cheese) caramelised onion.
Arty – Globe artichokes, olives, Old Winchester cheese, truffle oil & fresh rocket.
Roasted – Wood roasted vegetables, pesto & pine nuts (contains nuts).

Meatballs: Beef & Fennel Meat balls cooked in our Wood Oven in our signature tomato sauce

Cajun Chicken & Mushroom: Cajun spiced chicken breast, mushrooms and Wood Oven roasted new potatoes with goat cheese curd and garlic & herb sauce

Tomato & Mozzarella: Cherry tomato, Boccocini mozzarella and fresh basil dressed in extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar

All Veggie: New potato and roasted vegetables in tomato sauce

Mac N Twist: Baked cheese and bacon macaroni topped with garlic and herb panko.

Sloppy Joe: Cooked in our wood oven, grounded beef full of flavours with a little smokey spicy kick served with a slice of Dorset bakehouse Sour dough bread.

Garlic & Paprika Dough Balls: Deep fried Dough balls with garlic butter and sprinkled with paprika

Sea Salt & Rosemary Bread: Our dough recipe, mixed with sea salt & rosemary, baked in the Wood Oven and served up with black olive & red pepper tapenade
