THE URBAN GUARANTEE
I think there are a few important differences between the Urban Reef and many other high street restaurants.
Now whilst a 100% satisfaction guarantee might be tricky in a restaurant, since perhaps you like skinny chips, but your partner likes chunky chips, or one of you likes rib eye and the other fillet, what I can say is that I will try harder than anyone else to ensure you have a special time, every time.
If you do not enjoy your visit, you can email me directly email@example.com. This will come to me and I will answer you personally. If we’ve failed, I personally will fix it, and that I can guarantee.
There is a little bit of small print… if you are a Wally (tricky definition and a bit subjective, but I’ll let you know if you qualify… my Mum would not let me use the word idiot… a bit harsh she said! 😉 ), I may not be able to help. However, my guarantee applies to all normal, rational human beings, every time.
So, please visit the Urban Reef, regularly, and if you are not happy email me, and I will fix it. That’s my point. Thanks so much for your time xx
