Hi, my name's Mark Cribb and with a very large dollop of help from Lloyds Bank, I own the Urban Reef.
Now, I'm not that egotistical that I love talking about me, but I think there are a few important differences between the Urban Reef and many other high street restaurants... you see I don't own any of those.
Too many restaurants are run by faceless boards of directors or investors who I can be very confident do not care as much as me, about you.
I'm incredibly passionate about the Urban Reef. I'm obsessed by it all the time. That's the way it is with a new business. It may not be healthy, but I love it. The opportunity to run a restaurant right on the beach in my home town really is a boyhood dream. I'm excited about making it better every single day...
I'm very motivated to ensure you love the Urban Reef. You as a customer are special, not just a number, not just a digit on the monthly profit and loss... you are real, and I am genuinely grateful for your visit. It may not be life and death, but for me it's close. I hope you are getting the fact that I'm passionate, you could say obsessed.
Now whilst a 100% satisfaction guarantee might be tricky in a restaurant, since perhaps you like skinny chips, but your partner likes chunky chips, or one of you likes rib eye and the other fillet, what I can say is that I will try harder than anyone else to ensure you have a special time, every time.

There is a little bit of small print... if you are a Wally (tricky definition and a bit subjective, but I'll let you know if you qualify... my Mum would not let me use the word idiot... a bit harsh she said! ;-) ), I may not be able to help. However, my guarantee applies to all normal, rational human beings, every time.
