SPECIAL REQUESTS 'Just a quick note about this lovely little box. We really want to know if it's your birthday, or anniversary, or if you're in a hurry, or you need a high chair, or you've won the lottery, or you’re famous, or you’re beautiful and we should sit you at the front, but if you all put 'window table please' it'll get very very cosy indeed. The windows are about 30 feet high so we just wanted to let you know that wherever you sit, you should all get a lovely view (take a peek). Giant hugs'.
